Preparing young people for safe and confident travel.

Our travel safety workshops are designed for Upper Sixth Form students preparing for gap years, university travel, expeditions, overseas volunteering, or independent travel.

Each workshop can be tailored to your school's requirements, but a typical 2.5-hour session includes:

• Introduction to Travel Safety 
• Planning and Preparation 
• Situational Awareness 
• Group Planning Exercise 
• Student Presentations and Debrief 

Drawing on extensive experience in education, travel and military operations, our workshops provide practical skills that students can immediately apply to real-world situations. Sessions focus on developing confidence, decision-making, teamwork and global awareness, while helping students better understand and manage travel-related risks.

Our Director has over 15 years' experience working within independent schools, alongside more than 15 years of military service, including deployments worldwide. This combination of educational and operational experience ensures workshops are engaging, relevant and credible. Similar travel-safety and preparation courses are commonly used to help students and travellers improve awareness, preparation and risk management before travelling. 

All instructors hold current DBS checks.

A typical 2.5-hour workshop for 4–40 students is priced from £300.
